Top quality event photography comes down to two primary factors – equipment and experience. All our shooters have lots of both. They will always bring dual body, professional level, camera equipment kits to your event and because they have been doing these kind of gigs for many years, have no issue reading the room for special nuances they need to photograph. Wether it be a glitzy awards show, business conference, fashion catwalk or exhibition, we will get everything from the decor, atmosphere, audience and VIPs. You may be coordinating a large scale business conference of a nationwide exhibition or roadshow. We can photograph everything from development and setup through to the live performance. You may need multiple photographers for the larger jobs so please don’t hesitate to get in touch to talk through your running order requirements. We can provide exactly what you need, never missing a beat.

Your event location may take place indoors, or be at the mercy of the British weather, outdoors. You won’t have to worry. EPL pack the best equipment for low light performance as well as weather sealed camera bodies and lenses. Although “run & gun” style reportage is the norm we can also provide set piece photo booths for your special occasion.

We pride ourselves on blending into the background and will use nonintrusive lighting techniques whenever possible. Flash photography is kept to a minimum for environments such as public speaking, catwalk and live performance. At the other end of the spectrum however, ambient lighting may not always be appropriate for your event so studio lighting and battery packs are also always available if required.

Our photographers can be booked on a 2 hour, half day or full day basis depending on your shoot. We’d usually recommend a half day booking but we know that every event is different and yours may require something a bit extra. All photo editing is included so there are no hidden charges.
